PADI E-Learning Open Water Diver Certification
The PADI Open Water Diver Course online provides the knowledge development portion you need. After enrolling, PADI’s eLearning system presents you with interactive presentations that include videos, audio, graphics and reading. Short quizzes let you gauge your progress, and review and correct anything you might happen to miss. This lets you move through the program efficiently and at your own pace. The water section of the course is completed in two days and includes the PADI enhancement pack, (logbook and dive table) instruction, use of tanks, weights, mask, fins, snorkel, BCD, regulator, wetsuit, confined water training, two dive trips (4 dives) and PADI certification card. Since all classroom work is completed online before arriving at our dive center this course does not include a PADI Open Water Manual. If you want to have a copy of all the materials you learn online a paper manual can be purchased at an additional coast. Divers 15 years old and above will receive the PADI Open Water Diver Certification, maximum dive depth is 60 feet. Divers 13-14 years old will receive the PADI Jr. Open Water Diver Certification, maximum dive depth of 40 feet. Due to internet privacy regulations and requirements divers 10-12 years old may not participate in the PADI E-Learning certification course. Divers 10-12 years old may participate in a full PADI Open Water Course through our dive center. In all cases the course content and performance requirements are the same.
